Misconceptions Around The Federal ERTC Relief Program Are Rampant...

Nearly every employer we speak to either has never heard of ERTC relief OR has been falsely told they don’t qualify for it by their CPA, CFO or payroll processor.

We’ve lost count of how many times CPAs have got this wrong. It’s mostly because CPAs typically specialize in income tax law and cannot keep up on employment tax law (which is what governs ERTC). Most CPAs don’t want to touch ERTC because they don’t do employment taxes. Their depth of understanding of ERTC is flawed. Because of this, they are unable to find the ONE WAY that you can meet ERTC qualifications. We help you find the way.

Payroll processor told me we don’t qualify for ERTC. 

Payroll processors get this wrong all  the time for several reasons:

  1. They have no incentive to help you. They don’t get paid more to help you qualify for ERTC and they specialize only in running payroll. 
  2. Business documentation outside of what’s needed to run payroll is required in order to qualify for ERTC relief. Payroll processors don’t have the expertise to review company financial statements and other documentation required. 
  3. Like accountants and CPAs, payroll processors don’t specialize in claiming ERTC relief so they just don’t know enough about it to successfully get you to qualify.
